Around six years back, my daughter gifted me a square foot of land at Dunans Castle in Scotland for my birthday. I thought it was such a unique present and tucked it away, waiting for the certificate to arrive. Sadly, that certificate never came, and the whole thing slipped my mind until recently. Out of the blue, I decided to shoot an email to check if I could still get the certificate after all this time. To my surprise, Nina from Gift Republic got back to me, saying she would send a new certificate free of charge. Now that's what I call top-notch customer service!

I got a DIY pottery kit as a present, but the delivery was held up by the courier. When I reached out to Gift Republic to see if they could follow up with the courier, they went above and beyond by offering to send me another kit. When both kits arrived just a day apart, they told me to keep both, even though I suggested returning one. The kit looks awesome, and the support I received was top-notch!

More than 2 years back, I got a star kit as a present. Unfortunately, I misplaced the certificate that had my star details. After reaching out to the support team for help late at night, I got a reply with all the info I was looking for, plus some great tips on how to find my star. I’ve grown accustomed to slow responses from customer service, so you can bet I was pleasantly surprised by Nina’s amazing and prompt help. Excellent service paired with a lovely product. What more could you want?

I made a purchase on November 24th, expecting it to be delivered within 3-5 business days after it was sent out. Two weeks later, I reached out for an update, and they informed me that there were some hold-ups with UK postal services. The package is still MIA, and I can't seem to get any replies from customer support. Just a terrible experience.

Fantastic customer support! Because of Covid limitations, I couldn't use my gift voucher that ran out during one of the lockdowns. I thought I was gonna hear 'the computer says no,' but I got an email instead saying there were no issues and a new voucher code was provided. Big thanks to Nina for handling this so quickly!

I can't praise this company enough. I once got a gift that I didn’t register in time, so I reached out to them, hoping for a voucher code to swap it out. I got an Adopt a Spitfire pack for my birthday, but after signing up, the certificate didn’t show up. I called customer service and chatted with a lovely lady who confirmed my registration was in the system, but she wasn’t sure why the certificate hadn’t come through. She then sent me a code to use right away and promised the certificate would be mailed out ASAP. A few days later, it finally arrived.

I got a Name a Star kit as a present. The certificate I received states that the star can't be seen, with a Magnitude of 13.1. The paperwork mentions several Astrology sites for more details. But which sites? I’ve looked online for the star's name and found nada. It’s a bummer for whoever shelled out cash for this piece of paper. Total scam.

I accidentally tossed out the seeds for Name a Rose after I had registered the name. I reached out to them, and they were super nice and understanding. Their emails were polite, and I can definitely recommend them. I’ll be using their services again in the future since their aftersales support is just as great as their sales, which is a big deal nowadays. They also responded quickly. I received the 100 movies scratch poster as a gift, but unfortunately, the film wouldn’t come off when I scratched it. I contacted customer service, and they promptly sent me a new one without any fuss.

The replacement scratched much more easily, so it seems like I just got a dud the first time around.

We gave a shot at growing one Chilli Pepper and two Bonsai kits. Every time, we followed the growing instructions to the letter. All three kits sprouted, but they were pretty weak and ended up dying after a couple of months. We made sure to keep everything at the right temperatures. The product disclaimer, written in tiny print, washes their hands of any responsibility.

I recently reached out via email to Gift Republic because I was curious if the expiration date for a Spitfire tour from last year had been pushed back. They responded promptly, providing me with the info and contact details for the company in question. I'm really happy with the customer service and would definitely use them again. Totally satisfied!
